MBSR, 8 Week Class - Online and in Nobelparken Aarhus University, with Camilla Marcinkowski

MBSR stands for Mindfulness-based stress reduction and is an 8-week course, with weekly meetings lasting 2.5 hours + a full day, which includes teaching, dialogue and exercises. This course will take place online and in Nobelparken, Aarhus University

In addition, there will be a full day session of silence on Saturday, March 18nd 9.00 AM - 4.00 PM.

Time: Wednesdays 4.00 PM – 6.30 PM, reserve 30 minutes extra for the first session, and 60 minutes extra for the last session.

This course is offered by a revenue-funded company and is thus not part of the accredited programs at Aarhus University. 

By attending six out of eight sessions, including the full day, participants receive a course certificate upon request once the course is finished.
